We never charge candidate fees. The cost of recruiting is borne by our clients (the companies that hire us to fill a placement).

If you are an engineer or a scientist working within one of Team Cronos' practice sector niches, we encourage you to send us your resume. You may also wish to visit Workopolis and search for Team Cronos opportunities to get a sense of the types of positions we actively recruit. We will keep your resume active and contact you if there is an opportunity that fits your talents.

While there is no standard profile, we will only represent those individuals who fall within our engineering and science practice sector niches. This approach allows us to get to know the people in the industry. We find that many of the candidates we place are happily employed, have anywhere from 10 to 25 years experience and are tops in their field.

Team Cronos consultants live by our internal philosophy of leading with integrity, imagination and impact. This means that you can expect our consultants to provide you with professional, confidential representation. We never send out candidate resumes without permission and we do everything possible to reduce your personal risk. Team Cronos is also compliant with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), outlining what steps organizations must follow to collect, maintain and protect candidates' personal information.
