We believe in providing the right people from the start. Many of our candidates are directly recruited from other competitive environments. This process allows us to understand where the best people are located. Candidates are also found within our database or from postings, while the rest are direct referrals.

All we do is recruit to the engineering and science communities. This allows us to be focused and disciplined in our recruiting sectors. Also, many of our consultants have engineering and science backgrounds and so understand the clients’ needs intimately.

We understand that many of our clients want to conduct their own searches. The truth is that many of the thousands of talented engineers and scientists in our database are not actively looking for work nor would many feel comfortable exposing their current positions by forwarding their resumes on their own. We help bridge that gap. Our consultants only put forward those individuals who are truly excellent at what they do ensuring that it is the right fit for the candidate and the client. And because our consultants are constantly calling talented individuals across the country we are able to bring our clients knowledge of industry trends, without jeopardizing the confidentiality of candidates, that otherwise would be unavailable.
